I'm trying to convince myself that I like running. I'm trying to turn myself into a runner. So far it isn't working. I am doing better though. The goal is to get up to running 5 miles by September. I'll get there, slowly, eventually, hopefully.
I was doing pretty good (my pretty good is most peoples just okay). But then I lost my headphones. Sigh. It's not that a new pair would be outrageously expensive. I just haven't gone to get them. I'll put that on the to-do list for Monday.

Now, where's that motivation? I know it's around here somewhere.
I HATE running, it was hard growing up being a Cross Country/Track Coach's daughter. Anyway, last year I wanted to get in shape and I found this AWESOME program to slowly get back into running. It's called "The Couch to 5k" - google it. It takes you step by step and tells you how far to run/walk to work yourself up to a 5k in 9-10 weeks.
